Practice Exercise 4, q 11

Q: I’m having trouble getting my answer to match.

My calculations:

 22.45 = Hai (same with daylight savings) = 11
DS = Xin = 8, so
DS 8 X 2 = 16
+ HB (11) = 27
Deduct 2 = 25
= 5 stem = Wu

So WuHai. But the answer is JiHai. I can’t work out where the extra 1 comes from…???
